The Assertive Edge™ is a 6-session transformation program for people who want to build confidence that holds under pressure — from the inside out. Over six sessions you'll develop personal responsibility and presence, nervous system regulation under stress, assertive voice and boundary-setting, purposeful movement and positioning, responsible tool integration, and real-world scenario application. You leave Session 6 as someone who trusts themselves. Available as full series or per session.

THE ASSERTIVE EDGE™ Program Registration & Participation Protocols Empowered Personal Protection, LLC Note: The Assertive Edge™ is an educational and personal development program designed for growth, empowerment, and skill-building. It is not a substitute for clinical therapy or counseling. Registration & Enrollment Confirm enrollment prior to your first session. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Each session runs approximately 90 minutes. Sessions build progressively — consistent attendance is essential. What to Bring Comfortable clothing, notebook and pen, water, and an open mind. Participation & Personal Responsibility Move at your own pace. Ask questions freely. Honor your boundaries. There is no expectation of perfection — only presence and willingness to grow. This is not a performance. It is a practice. Group Confidentiality What is shared in the group stays in the group. Confidentiality is a condition of participation. Safety & Boundaries You will never be put on the spot, forced to participate beyond your comfort level, or shamed for where you are in your journey. Your emotional and physical safety is a priority in this space. Cancellation Policy All registrations are final. We do not offer refunds. If an emergency arises contact us at info@empoweredpersonalprotection.com. Cancellations with sufficient notice may be eligible for a one-time transfer to a future program cycle at our discretion.
