Arrive as you are. This class gives you a place to learn, practice, and experience yourself becoming capable. If you’re new to handguns, returning after time away, or ready to rebuild your foundation, this class was designed for you. Women only, small group, and paced so every question is welcome. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN Classroom Foundation Firearm safety and responsible handling Range procedures and what to expect Basic handgun operation and familiarization Grip, body position, and shooting fundamentals Sight alignment and sight picture Breath awareness and trigger control Responsible storage and transportation Guided Range Time Put those fundamentals into practice in small relays, so your instructor can give you focused, individualized feedback on the line. You’ll work on: Safe firearm handling and familiarity Consistency and accuracy Grip and body position Sight management Trigger control Purposeful repetition and feedback Your instructor guides every step. While one relay shoots, the other [practices dry fire / works with a coaching partner / (describe)]. A DIFFERENT KIND OF FIREARMS TRAINING Good instruction, purposeful practice, safety first, and a room where questions are welcome. In four hours you’ll build a foundation you can keep building on. WHO THIS IS FOR ✓ New or inexperienced handgun owners ✓ Women who feel uncertain around firearms and want to start with good instruction ✓ Those returning to shooting after time away ✓ Anyone wanting to rebuild their fundamentals ✓ Those who want instructor-guided practice on the range ✓ Women who want to build skills before pursuing concealed carry No prior experience required. WHAT’S INCLUDED: $125 ✓ 2 hours of classroom instruction ✓ 2 hours of range instruction, in small relays ✓ Handgun rental (.22 LR, gentle to shoot and ideal for beginners) ✓ Ammunition ✓ Eye and hearing protection ✓ Instructor guidance and feedback Additional range fee: $20, paid separately to the range in cash. WHAT TO BRING Valid government-issued photo ID, comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, water, and a willingness to learn. You don’t need to own a firearm or bring any equipment. Registration & Attendance Policy Empowered Personal Protection LLC CHECK-IN Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to any in-person class. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Date, time, and location are listed in your registration confirmation. Some courses require a participant agreement and emergency information card at check-in. FEES Tuition is due in full at enrollment to secure your space. Range or facility fees, where they apply, are paid separately to the facility and are noted in your course description. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES No refunds. You get one free reschedule with 48+ hours' notice; later reschedules, or any within 48 hours, carry a $25 fee. Missing the rescheduled date forfeits fees. Lost time for late arrivals can't be made up; at 16 minutes the appointment may be canceled as a no-show (fees forfeited, $25 fee before rebooking). If we cancel: full refund (if you haven't previously canceled) or transfer to another event.
